www.mystegastiko.gr and www.neuvel-trust.gr together constitute the Web Portal (the “Web Portal”) for the online platform for applying for and obtaining loans, mortgage and consumer, from recognised banking institutions, using the Internet, through the company “ΖΒ ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟΥΧΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ” (ZB Private Company, “ZB IKE”), with registered offices in Voula, at 107-109 Leof. Vasileos Pavlou, Greece (VAT no.: 801271520).

Use of this Web Portal (www.mystegastiko.gr / www.neuvel-trust.gr) and of the platform is permitted only to persons over 18 years of age and is subject to the terms set out below. Use of the Web Portal constitutes a presumption that the visitor–user has studied, understood and accepted all of its terms of use. If the visitor–user does not agree with these terms of use or does not understand them, they must refrain from using its services and content.

The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing ZB IKE and/or its online platform and/or third parties contracted with ZB IKE, as well as their products or services, are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of ZB IKE and/or of www.mystegastiko.gr / www.neuvel-trust.gr and/or of the above third parties, and are protected by Greek, EU and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition. The content of the Web Portal is made available to its visitors/users for personal use.

Nor does ZB IKE warrant that the pages, services, options and content will be provided without interruption or without errors, that errors will be corrected, or that answers will be given to all questions put to it. It is hereby expressly agreed that the visitor/user of the Web Portal consents that any claims, disputes or other disagreements concerning or arising from the application of these terms and their use of the Web Portal in general, insofar as they are not resolved amicably, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts.
