Cookie Policy

This is a courtesy English translation of the official Greek document. In the event of any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies ZB IKE (Neuvel Trust) uses on its website and app, what for, for how long, and how you can choose which ones you allow. It applies under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), and supplements our Personal Data Protection Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. The browser’s local storage and session storage work in a similar way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.
When we ask for your consent
Necessary cookies are needed for the site and the service you ask for to work (for example, staying signed in to your account or keeping your application’s progress). The law does not require consent for these, and they are always on.
Analytics and advertising cookies are stored only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then none of them is stored on your device. Rejecting them does not affect your use of the site or your application.

Analytics
Google Analytics measures which pages you visit, where you came from and whether you come back, so we can improve the site. Legal basis: your consent.

Advertising
These record which ad or campaign brought you to us, so we can measure which of our Google ads work. We do not use them to show you personalised ads (remarketing), here or on other sites. Legal basis: your consent.

The analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google Ireland Limited, and the data they collect may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use Google’s consent mode: if you do not accept, Google stores no cookies on your device and receives only anonymous signals without identifiers.

Measurement without cookies
We also measure, without storing anything on your device, how the site is used (PostHog, on servers in the EU) and how fast its pages load (Vercel Speed Insights). These measurements use no cookies and do not recognise you from one visit to the next.
How to change your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from , also at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete the corresponding cookies from your device. We will ask you again after 6 months, or sooner if anything we use changes.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the site, such as signing in to your account, will not work.
