From your first question to disbursement: what the bank asks for at each stage, what you do from your phone and what we take care of.
Every mortgage in Greece goes through the same stages, whichever bank you go to. The difference here is that you do most of them from your phone, and someone is following your file at every step.
Step 1
You tell us what you want to do: buy, build, renovate or move your loan. From your income and commitments we see how much you can borrow and at what payment. You don't need to have found a home yet.
On the platform
You fill in the application in a few minutes, or answer in the chat and it fills itself in. One application covers every bank.
Step 2
The bank needs to see who you are and what you earn. The faster the documents come in, the faster the file moves.
On the platform
You verify your ID from your phone and upload documents with a photo. Each one is checked as soon as it's uploaded, so you see straight away if anything is missing.

Step 3
The five partner banks don't give the same rate to the same person. The loan-to-value, the term, your income and even whether your salary is paid there all count.
On the platform
You see each bank's programmes side by side with your own payment. Your adviser tells you what each one looks at, and we send the file where you fit.
Step 4
The bank assesses your income and commitments and tells you how much it can lend you. The pre-approval holds for a set period, which each bank sets.
On the platform
The answer shows up in your account and we let you know. With the amount in hand you look for a home knowing your budget, and negotiate more comfortably.
Step 5
Once you've found the home, the bank's lawyer checks the title and its engineer checks that the property is legal, and values it. The valuation sets the final loan amount.
On the platform
You upload the property's documents to the same file, or the seller sends them. We book the inspection and chase whatever is missing.

Step 6
After the check the bank gives final approval and prepares the contract. You get the ESIS, its official, binding offer, and have time to study it before you sign. The property also needs fire and earthquake insurance.
On the platform
We go through the offer with you line by line before you commit. We can find the property insurance for you too.
What you'll need
Step 7
A mortgage prenotation is registered in the bank's favour and, once the certificates are issued, the loan is paid out. On a purchase the money usually goes to the seller on the day you sign the contract.
On the platform
We coordinate the bank, the lawyers and the notary so the signing and the payment happen on the same day. You get the keys.
48 hours
for pre-approval, once the file is complete
about 3 months
to disbursement, on average
The time depends mostly on two things: how quickly the documents come in, and the check of the property. That's why the platform always shows you what's missing.
Every bank asks for them. You upload them once and whichever bank you choose sees them.
Everyone
ID card or passport, income tax assessments for 2 years, ENFIA, E9.
Employees and pensioners
Recent payslips or pension slip.
Self-employed
E3 for the last 3 years and periodic VAT returns.
The property
Title deeds, building permit, topographic survey, floor plans and, if needed, regularisation of unauthorised works.

At every step you know where your file is, what comes next and what we're waiting for from you. No phone calls to find out the news, and no branch visits until the signing.
