We're a licensed mortgage credit intermediary. We compare what the banks offer you, prepare your file and follow it until the day you get the keys.

Greek law (Law 4438/2016, which brought in the Mortgage Credit Directive 2014/17/EU) defines a credit intermediary as a professional who presents banks' mortgages, helps the borrower prepare the application and acts as go-between up to signing. It needs a licence and is supervised by the Bank of Greece.

We prepare the file
We tell you which documents are needed and check them before they go to the bank.
We submit the application

We coordinate to disbursement

We don't lend
The bank gives the loan and decides whether to approve it.
